Orders are typically processed and shipped on the following business day, unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates may vary depending on package weight, shipping method, carrier, and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on carrier service, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of El Cielo’s control. UPS ground shipments may take up to 7 business days, and USPS shipments may take up to 10 business days depending on location and service level.

Please note that UPS may not deliver to PO Boxes. Tracking availability may vary depending on the selected shipping method.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact El Cielo as soon as possible with your name, order number, requested change, and reason for the request.
