At El Cielo Specialty Coffee, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality specialty coffee crafted with care. Because coffee is a food product, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit

We may offer a replacement or store credit if:

Your item arrived damaged
You received the wrong product
Your order is missing an item
There is a quality issue with your coffee
The package was damaged during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and freshness reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened coffee bags
Used products
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Items damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product or packaging. Once reviewed, we will provide the best solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
